iBex Wholesale Demonstrator

This website is designed for the purpose of demonstrating the capabilities of the iBex Wholesale Accommodation solution. iBex allows property wholesalers to sell accommodation on their own website on behalf of their client properties.

Use our highly customisable front end booking screens, either as a popup or iframe, or design your own screens and link to the iBex database via our web services XML interface. iBex Wholesale supports individual or multi property availability searches with priority given to properties offering instant confirmation rather than bookings by request.

Allow suppliers who provide you allocation to login in and manage rates and availability and view bookings you have made for them. Automatically email 'confirm/reject' links to suppliers where bookings are received on request. Sophisticated auto email management controls distribution of emails to suppliers, customers and agents on booking creation and status changes. Email log records all auto emails sent.

A powerful and sophisticated rates module allows single or multiple rates per room based on season, number of persons, duration of stay, packages with a fixed cost element and day of the week - or any combination of these.

Charge credit or debit card deposits at the time of booking as your commission with our built in Paypal integration.
